Hello edward

Yes,there are many ways.
Best way to stop spam is by using spam filters.
Another way to control spam is to have two e-mail addresses. Use your private address for personal correspondence only.
The public address should be the one you use to register on public forums, in chat rooms, or to subscribe to mailing lists.
Never publish your private address on publicly accessible resources.
Never respond to junk spam e-mails. The more you respond, the more spam e-mail you will receive.
Never click on unsubscribe in an e-mail if you havenít already subscribed.

Nowadays, most e-mail and webmail providers offer a free spam filter with your account which filters mail on delivery.
But if your e-mail program or webmail spam blocker doesn't do enough, consider installing anti-spam software to fight against spam.

Thanks

hello sir

Dedicated hostingDedicated hosting is specialised hosting. It is much more sophisticated and the most popular type of hosting. With dedicated hosting, you can rent an entire server for yourself and you can gain access to all the web host providerís resources to host one or more websites.

hello,

A dedicated hosting service,  or managed hosting service is a type of Internet hosting in which the client leases an entire server not shared with anyone else.

This is more flexible than shared hosting, as organizations have full control over the servers, including choice of operating system, hardware, etc. There is also another level of dedicated or managed hosting commonly referred to as complex managed hosting. Complex Managed Hosting applies to both physical dedicated servers.

Thanks,
Soumya.

Hallo,

A dedicated hosting service, dedicated server, or managed hosting service is a type of Internet hosting in which the client leases an entire server not shared with anyone else. This is more flexible than shared hosting, as organizations have full control over the server(s), including choice of operating system, hardware, etc. There is also another level of dedicated or managed hosting commonly referred to as complex managed hosting. Complex Managed Hosting applies to both physical dedicated servers, Hybrid server and virtual servers, with many companies choosing a hybrid (combination of physical and virtual) hosting solution. There are many similarities between standard and complex managed hosting but the key difference is the level of administrative and engineering support that the customer pays for Ė owing to both the increased size and complexity of the infrastructure deployment. The provider steps in to take over most of the management, including security, memory, storage and IT support. The service is primarily proactive in nature. [1] Server administration can usually be provided by the hosting company as an add-on service. In some cases a dedicated server can offer less overhead and a larger return on investment. Dedicated servers are most often housed in data centers, similar to colocation facilities, providing redundant power sources and HVAC systems. In contrast to colocation, the server hardware is owned by the provider and in some cases they will provide support for your operating system or applications.
Using a dedicated hosting service offers the benefits of high performance, security, email stability, and control. Due to the relatively high price of dedicated hosting, it is mostly used by websites that receive a large volume of traffic.

Thanks.

Hello..

Dedicated Hosting is ideal for businesses or advanced users who run high traffic websites, CPU-intensive applications, or complex databases.

Spam has become ubiquitous - one of the facts of life, like taxes. Until strong anti-spam laws are passed and actually enforced, spam proliferation will continue because it's proven to reach a mass audience. If it didn't work, spammers wouldn't waste their time.

Most people, however, see spam as the scourge of e-mail and look for ways to stop it from infecting their e-mail boxes.

There are several ways to block spam from your e-mail inbox. They say prevention is the best medicine, so avoid giving out your e-mail address to unfamiliar or unknown recipients. This has become very difficult to do, however. Spammers can use software programs that troll the Internet looking for e-mail addresses, much like throwing a net in the ocean and seeing what gets caught in it. Nowadays it's almost impossible to shop online without providing a valid e-mail address. Offline stores are even asking for e-mail addresses in exchange for discounts or free merchandise. Realize that what they are doing is potentially opening the door for a flood of unsolicited e-mails. These organizations will most likely turn around and sell their list to someone else looking for valid e-mails. In these cases, it might be wise to have more than one e-mail address, one for friends, family and colleagues and another for unfamiliar sources. There are many free e-mail services in cyberspace to choose from

One-third of the calls Churchman receives at his network consulting firm, System Wide Resources (SWR) in Ridgefield, Wash., are from customers wanting to do away with e-mails peddling cheap Viagra, easy weight-loss plans and hassle-free mortgages.

"Spam is not a popular subject with me or my customers," he says. "We are all basically sick of it."

In a new survey conducted by Information Security/SearchSecurity.com on the business implications of spam, 63 percent of respondents said the responsibility of paring bulk e-mail falls to senior executives and security managers, forcing them to devote time they don't have to solving this seemingly trivial problem.

"I can't skip any of my other tasks that help to keep the agency running," says Norman McIntosh, the information systems manager at D.A. Blodgett Services for Children and Families, a family resource center in Grand Rapids, Mich. "That means extra time used that I can't spare."

Microsoft Outlook has a Rules Wizard that'll let you easily filter email messages based on your own criteria. To get started, select the Tools menu and choose Rules Wizard. A window will pop up with the Rules Wizard and you'll want to click New to make a new rule. The wizard will then provide you with a number of rules you can use and customize as you wish. When you've finished choosing your rules you'll be able to specify what you want to happen with the email. You can move it to different folders, forward it, delete it, etc. Once you've made your choices, just save your filter and you'll be all set.

Register a domain for yourself (like bustspammers.com).
Domain registration is cheap [Google search] and you donít need a fancy name. Anything will do as long as you have control over the domain.
Set up a so-called catch-all email address with your domain and forward it to your private email account.
That means any email that gets sent to your domain (e.g. SomeRandomName@YourDomain.com) will end up in your private email inbox, no matter whatís before the @ symbol. Your private email can be any other email account Ė Gmail, Yahoo, your school, your work, anything. If you also want to host a website at your new domain you can of course use the email account that the hosting company provides. But if all you need is reliable email with professional features like IMAP access, I can recommend FastMail. You can use your own new domain directly with them and save separate hosting. This is what Iím using. Now you have an unlimited supply of addresses.
Use individual, unique email addresses at every website you deal with.
Ideally, the address you chose identifies the website you used it at. For example, when you register with Amazon to order books and they ask for your email, give them amazon@YourDomain.com; when you book a flight with US Airways, use usair@YourDomain.com. You get the idea. Donít worry about using so many different addresses. It doesnít matter Ė all mail any firm sends you will end up in your private email account although the website/firm will never know what your real private email is.
Donít use the same email address anywhere else!

Thatís all you have to do for now. It sounds more complicated than it is, donít worry! Just do the three simple things in bold. Now comes the fun part.
Imagine one day you suddenly start receiving requests to enlarge your penis, buy Viagra or consolidate your loans at the account acme@YourDomain.com. That means two things for you:

You can absolutely, positively, beyond doubt be sure that the Acme Corporation and no-one else leaked (that usually means "sold") your email address to those "trustworthy business partners". Provided, of course, you really did not use the address acme@YourDomain.com anywhere outside of Acme. You could now confront Acme, which may make for a very embarrassing situation on their part, especially when they promised in their Privacy Policy that they will never sell your personal info. In this case, you may even be able to sue them and demand compensation.
You can from now on simply block any email sent to acme@YourDomain.com. No matter how hard the annoying spammers Ė sorry, the trustworthy third parties Ė try, they will never reach you again. For your legitimate communication with Acme, you simply use a new address: acme2@YourDomain.com, which also gives you a convenient way to count how many times the Acme Corp. tried to screw you.

Of course, you will have to be careful to keep your real private email address just that Ė strictly private. If you do, itís bullet-proof. This system is the reason this domain exists; Iím using it for this exact purpose. Try it, it will keep your inbox virtually spam-free forever. Enjoy!
