need some more help....

While surfing through Different sites i see servers With Different Memory... CPU Etc...

How are the sizes of drives and servers measured??

& how does it help???

If my Questions are stupid.. ::). Plz forgive me.... ;D

Sir,
A physical hard drive, drives are measured in gigabytes (GB)
Servers have two adjustable sizes:
the amount of memory (in MB) and the amount of CPU bandwidth (in core-MHz).
