Hello Simon,


                          The Telephony feature found inPronto! allows: the accessand organization of voicemails, checking call logs and
times and the ability tostart and moderate audio conferences. Clicking on the“telephony”tab will bring up all folders within your e-mail inbox in alphabeticalorder under the “telephony” button on the side-bar. Two new options will appearin addition to the normal options;the “call logs” folder and the “conferencing”folder
